Higher Ground Outreach Church is a non-profit organization in Baton Rouge, La. 2156 Wooddale Blvd. 70806, it was founded on August 29, 1999. Pastors and Founders Bishop Rickey T. Washington Sr. & Pastor Lesia Washington. Higher Ground Outreach Church serves families and children in our community through various methods spiritually as well as physically.
